Emma decided that she wanted to change. She had an idea of what she would like to achieve, but her confidence was holding her back…

Whatever the reason, Emma made a decision that would changer her life…
Emma applied for the Fit & Lean Project, within 24 hours of completing her application I gave Emma a call where we discussed in detail what she really wanted to achieve… I then made Emma a promise as we agreed that The Fit & Lean Project was right for her…
Emma was exited to get started but also a little nervous, after all, she had just taking a massive leap of faith right out of her comfort zone…
Emma put her faith in the promise that I had made to her…
That promise was that if she followed our simple step-by-step plan she would be a jean size smaller in only 14 days….
Emma’s trust in our simple training programme had paid off…
The reason I could guarantee Emma those results was simple, it science, that’s all weight loss and toning is. Like all science their are a lot of variable that can alter the outcome… but by following our simple step-by-step plan and having the support of our team of weight loss experts Emma became empowered and fully committed herself to her results.
Whist it’s simple to lose weight and look toned when following our proven step by step plan, that doesn’t make it easy. Emma had an injury and initially thought that it might hold her back. Not with FoxFit it won’t! You see, the Fit & Lean Project isn’t a group fitness class… Sure the ladies train in a group together… but every single person is treated as an individual, that mean we personalise all aspect of fitness and nutrition to suit the individual and optimise the full experience to get them the very best results in the shortest possible time. The Fit & Lean Project is more comparable to having a personal trainer (actually, a TEAM of personal trainers) than it is to a fitness class.
How disheartening would it have been if Emma was unable to continue with training?! Imagine the set back that would have had on her results?! it could be enough to through people of track complete…
In week 4, Emma still on track, still smashing her results and loving her experience with FoxFit!
